The first line in the left-most column posted by The Sports Network is used as the Official Bookie Pool line. If that line is OFF, the next line to the right is used. If all lines for a game is OFF, an attempt is made to use an alternative spread from USA Today Vegas Odds. The first available spread moving from left to right is used.  If all alternative spreads from USA Today are OFF, the game's line will remain OFF and you cannot bet on it (but you are allowed to place your tie-breaker on the game).
