Brian
Puts "HammerLock" on Title!
Seven year veteran Brian Starbuck snagged his first Bookie
Pool Title with a gutsy DO-OR-DIE bet on the Ravens. Rookie John
Lyon finished a strong second. Larry Allen's attempt at what would
have been the greatest comeback in pool history was sacked along
with the Giants. He had hit 3 straight plus 6 ALL-OF-IT bets,
storming from tied for last just three weeks earlier to what would
have been a pool championship had the Giants Plus-6'ed the Ravens.
Here's the Final Standings, and the

The Larry Wales Special Chair
Award goes to Bill Willis, who is now the pool's biggest
cash contributor among active players! On behalf of the commissioner and all
pool members, we extend our warmest thanks to Bill for his past contributions.
We look forward to his future participation and the accompanying donation,
er, player fee, that comes along with it!
